Registration Confirmation

You are required to enter your email address when you register online. An automatic confirmation is issued to this email address confirming your exact registration details as you have included them and confirming the payment deducted from your credit card. If a colleague is registering on your behalf please ensure they include your email in the booking as otherwise all conference information will be sent directly to them. You will receive an email prior to the event with conference programme, parking permit, etc.


Fees: Full registration €110. Student/unemployed €60. Payment can be made online via credit/debit card – Visa and Mastercard accepted.  If you require a group invoice please contact directly to request. Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% reduction in the full registration fee.
During the month of April and May IUHPE and AHPI delegates can avail of a 10% discount. Please contact for further information.

Conditions of Registration

Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address you input when you have confirmed your registration. This will detail your booking and confirm the price to be deducted from your card.

Cancellation Policy

Provided a written cancellation is received before May 31st, 2022, the full payment minus 25% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Please submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat at email: Please note refunds are not processed until after the conference and may take up to 30 days to process.

After Tuesday 31st May: No Refund.
